Great ice rink for the whole family- the inside is huge and has an attached cafe as well as a nearby gift store. There are hours for public skate and you can fill out the waivers online. The prices are very reasonable for skating and skate rental. There is even a Snoopy zamboni that you can watch as well. We were lucky to get a spot for a drop in lesson- the lesson is short 20 minutes but the instructor was great. They have buckets that you can stack for skate assist for beginners. The good thing is even if you do not skate- you can watch your kids from the cafe windows and enjoy a nice hot chocolate. They also offer food including kids meal which comes in a dog bowl. Definitely very iconic and memorable experience.

amazing indoor ice rink! highly recommend for your families to join the public skate session what to expect: walk in, purchase skates, there is a snoopy cafe in the lobby which is super cute and decent for fam lunch large ice rink- lots of seating area inside for those who prefer to watch rather than skate I was surprised to see that they have stackable buckets to use as "support" for those who need it while skating. This was creative and it worked! i stacked a few buckets for my daughter to hold on to great experience and a few steps away from the charles schultz museum!

I have a new found admiration for Snoopy's Home Ice (snoopyshomeice.com/rink-history). Formally called The Redwood Empire Ice Arena, which opened in April 1969..."there was only one rink in Sonoma County. By the end of 1960s, that rink had to be closed due to structural issues and so Schulz and his family had a new ice rink built in the newly developed northwest neighborhood of Santa Rosa...designing it with a Swiss Alp village theme to make it one of the prettiest ice rinks in the world." The Walk of Fame, with signatures signed in cement from famous people, like Peggy Fleming, Vince Guaraldi Trio, etc. When I first visited this rink back in the mid 90s, I didn't realize the rich history this rink has. It's amazing that Schultz and his family built this for the people to enjoy, not only for locals but for others, like "many former National Hockey League players and teams from around the world, including Austria, Canada, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and even Australia."

We have a lot fun there. My son has iced hockey practice there every Saturday. Also, I love to see ice truck even the ice ring. It's fun to watch for me.
